Prices are for one week's rental including linen and towels, electricity, heating, basket of logs and a box of essential groceries. Short breaks are available. Please contact us for details. For 3 nights the cost is 70% of the weekly price and for 4 nights the cost is 85% of the weekly price. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

We can pick you up from Exeter St.David's train station or Exeter Airport for a transfer fee of £20. Mountain bikes are available for hire at £10 per week.
A deposit of 30% is required when booking with the balance payable 4 weeks before the beginning of your holiday (unless last minute booking, in which case the total amount needs to be received when booking). We strongly advise taking out holiday insurance.
Changeover days for weekly stays is Saturday. Unless agreed before hand, arrival time is from
